“Los Carelocos” gang accused in robberies and murders is arrested in Spain

The Spanish police on Sunday have arrested four Colombians, who plundered jeweller’s in the Great Britain and committed a number of murders.
As the representative of the police declared, the operation, conducted in cooperation with the police of the Great Britain, has ended with a capture of the gang which after a brief stay in Madrid, intended to get over to Paris. In interests of the investigation surnames of the arrested persons are not informed.
As it became known, members of Los Carelocos gang in the beginning of June killed in London two their accomplice while sharing the loot, and then got over to Madrid.
In the Spanish capital they have tried to sell stolen, however, having felt shadowing of the police, decided to move to France.
The policeman informed, that the Colombians - three men and a woman - have been seized on the highway on a way to the French border when they have stopped at a filling station for refueling.
The policemen have found there stolen jewelry for 200 thousand euros, five thousand euros in cash, the weapon and forged passports for citizens of Mexico and Guatemala.
