In India a constabulary shot down five colleagues
13 March 2007In India a constabulary which worked as the bank guard in Delhi put to death five colleagues. Another constabulary got fire wounds.
According to the preliminary data, an incident was not an attempt of bank robbery. Probably, shooting became the result of a quarrel between the guards.
Firing was opened in the Dena bank in Old Delhi, thus building stands next to the department of city police chief deputy Aloka Kumar. When officers arrived to the scene, five people were already dead.
“Interfax” reports, that as the investigation set, it happened so quickly, that constabularies did not even have time to get the weapon.
The killed served in the Indian reserve battalion and were moved to Delhi from the state Sikkim on the northeast of India. Deputy minister of internal affairs Sriprakash Dzhaysval revealed in the interview to local TV channel Star TV, that firing probably became the result of dispute, arising between guards.
