300 prisoners have run away from the Indian prison
18 December 2007Prisoners broke out of prison of the city of Dantevada in the Indian state Chhattisgarh in the evening on Sunday, December, 16.
The police informs that the attack took place during when prisoners at mealtime. «It was thoroughly planned break-out» - add representatives of law enforcement bodies.
Approximately at 17:00 local time prisoners have attacked security guards and seized their weapon. Three security guards and two prisoners During received wounds during a skirmish.
In total 299 out of 377 have managed to run away.
