The most wanted criminal of Britain is arrested in Holland
26 November 2007The police of Netherlands have arrested one of the most known British criminals, who has been wanted for more than 10 years.
45-years old James Francis Herly was detained in Hague on November 9, however his arrest was declared only on November, 19.
In 1988 James Francis Herly was sentenced to life imprisonment for the armed robbery during which the British police Francis Mason was killed.
In 1994 Herly managed to escape from prison, and since then police could not find him.
The British policemen have tendered thanks to the Dutch colleagues for James Francis Herly’s capture, who entered the ten most wanted Scotland-Yard’s criminals.
