The American who has put a kid at the mercy of crocodiles, is sentenced to a death penalty
18 October 2007On Monday Florida state court has sentenced to a death penalty the man, who has thrown the 5-years girl to crocodiles. AP informs, that besides the defendant was accused of abduction and an attempt of a forethought murder.
In 1998 58-years old Harrell Franklin Brady, shortly before broken out of prison, attacked Shandell Maycock and her daughter Kathisha. The criminal severely beat the woman, and threw her daughter in the river with crocodiles.
In two days the police have found a body of the child. Mother of the girl managed to survive.
Having taken into account all circumstances of the case and a number of the crimes, the court has sentenced Harrell Franklin Brady to a death penalty.
