23 March 2007Among post crimes the law places attacks on post workers, distribution of explosives (so-called post bombs). Distribution of a children’s pornography by mail, including electronic. Distribution of drugs. Stamp and moneyorder forgery. As a post crime considers also opening, interception and destruction of someone else’s letters. Blackmail, use or sale of stolen or counterfeit credit cards, hacking (computer codes breaking), use of computer communication for money extortion by mail, or for robbery, pretending to be other person when sending commercial messages by e-mail are also prosecuted by the law.
Post inspection is responsible for consumers’ protection against the counterfeit and distribution of lottery tickets, distributions by means of the mail so-called pyramids… Even an unauthorized putting of the handouts in the letter box is considered a criminal crime.
