Four criminals, who have stolen from a museum unique “Gold horns�, are arrested in Denmark
25 September 2007Danish police arrested four people, suspected in theft of the well-known copy of “Gold horns” from the museum of the city of Elling, ancient capital of Vikings. Among the arrested persons there are two women.
Detention became possible due to the information about criminals’ location. Except for horns, police have seized other valuable museum pieces, including ancient jewels from amber, writes Bloomberg.
As it was informed earlier, on September, 17 robbers managed to penetrate into the museum, using an explosive.
Heft of the “Gold horns” copy, having huge symbolical value for Danes, has caused outbreak of indignation in the country.
