American intelligence service has got “poor� in counterterrorism

CIA’s Director has already declared that he would prefer not make the document public as it will strongly upset “people serving for the good of the Native land”, however had to make it under the law recently passes by the Congress and signed by the President.
The primary goal of report’s composers was ascertainment of CIA’s actions correctness before and right after September, 11.
