The Somali pirates have released the crew of the Danish vessel
24 August 2007The Somali pirates on Wednesday, August, 22, have to set at liberty all five members of the crew of the Danish cargo ship, seized in the beginning of June of this year in the territorial waters of the African country.
This information was released by the Associated Press referring to the government of Denmark.

According to the representative of the Danish navigable company H. Folmer & Co, the vessel has been seized on June, 1 or 2 in territorial waters of Somalia on a way from Dubai to the port of the Kenyan city of Mombassa. 60-meter cargos hip transported building materials.
Hijacking cases are rather frequent near the Somalia coast. Attacks are carried out usually by well trained and equipped Somali pirates.
